One of Anthem's newest PPO plans which offers a broad range of benefits, unlimited doctor office visits with fixed dollar copayment before the deductible, and Enhanced Prescription Drug Coverage.
SmartSense
This plan offers some of Anthem's most affordable rates and solid protection for the essentials. Anthem SmartSense offers coverage for generic and certain brand-name drugs; for an even wider range of brand-name and specialty drugs, choose the optional Enhanced Drug Benefit available for an additional cost.
SmartSense with Enhanced Drug Benefit
This Anthem plan offers the same benefits and solid protection as Anthem's SmartSense but with the added Enhanced Drug Benefit. The Enhanced Drug Benefit offers an even wider range of brand-name and specialty drugs.
CoreShare
This Anthem low-cost plan is designed for those individuals and families comfortable with sharing more of the cost for their medical expenses. Anthem CoreShare offers solid protection with several deductible options, to help meet your comfort level and to protect your financial assets.

Lumenos HSA Plus
The Anthem Lumenos HSA Plus plan is a high deductible health plan integrated with a Health Savings Account through Anthem's preferred banking partner. You can make contributions to your account, and withdraw the money to help pay for eligible medical expenses, including prescriptions, on a tax-favored basis.
